Greek Pasta
Every Greek has grown eating homemade pasta made by their grandmother's recipes. Such traditional family recipes have inspired us to create our Greek Pasta. What makes our Pasta special are not only the traditional recipes but also our carefully selected, pure ingredients.
Though certainly based on tradition, our passion for these products have drove us to several steps further in terms of innovation in flavours and recipes. We're now offering a wide range of pasta types, recipes, flavours and colours: All by combining health promoting herbs and other natural ingredients of the Greek habitat.

A rather loved pasta type in Greece, used mainly in "Giouvetsi" but also in many other recipes in place of the long pasta, while in more recent years it has become Greek Chefs' favourite ingredient in preparing "Kritharoto".
Our available types
- Kritharaki (semolina, eggs, milk)
- Kritharaki with trumeric (semolina, eggs, milk, turmeric)
- Ready meal "Kritharoto" (kritharaki, dried vegetables)
- Ready meal "Kritharoto" (kritharaki, dried vegetables, trumeric)
The Production
"Kritiki Gi" started as a cottage industry back in the 1990's. It has now grown to become a small industry, still run by the same family, driven by the same passion and by the same values, although nowadays under strict quality protocols and quality standards (FSSC 22000).
The moto of the business is: "We offer what the mass production industry can't!"
i.e. a unique combination of tradition and natural ingredients with innovation and culinary trends of the 2020's.
